INTRODUCTION
All clients are required to collect their artwork from the Collaro showroom at 2 Desmond road, Kramerville, Sandton.
NOTIFICATION FOR COLLECTION:
Clients will be notified by way of email when their artwork is available for collection from the Collaro showroom.
Once payment has been received by House of VèSè then printing of the artwork and manufacturing of the artwork will commence.
Clients must allow for a period of 5 - 10 business days for the artwork to be framed and ready for collection.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR COLLECTION:
When collecting artwork from Collaro that has been ordered from the House of VèSè website, clients are required to provide their ID as well as the order number that has been emailed to them.
COLLECTION PERIOD:
Once a client has been notified that they may collect their artwork from Collaro, the artwork will be stored at Collaro for a period of 6 months from the day of notification.
If that 6 month period lapses and the client has not yet collected their artwork from the Collaro showroom, then the artwork will be removed from the Collaro showroom and when the client is ready to collect the artwork they may do so (from Collaro) but at an additional delivery cost that the client will be required to pay on collection.
ARTWORK INSPECTION:
Any artwork that has been purchased and collected by a client has been accept in the condition in which it was presented.
Once acceptance of artwork has been made a client is unable to return it.
Should a client be (reasonably) unhappy with the quality of the artwork after inspecting it, then the client must, at the request of a Collaro employee, ask that the damaged frame be fixed.
Reasonable quality complaints will be limited to a damaged frame (front or sides of frame) or damaged glass.
Should a client be (reasonably) unhappy with the quality of the framing and request for it to be fixed, then the client should allow for a further 5-10 working days for the frame to be fixed.
